As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team.

The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for concrete and construction projects, ensuring profitability and efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team. • Analyze blueprints, project specifications, and proposals to determine scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for concrete, asphalt, and steel building projects.
• Utilize estimating software and Microsoft Excel to compile data and generate reports.
• Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to gather pricing and project details.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure estimates align with company goals and project feasibility.
• Adjust estimates as needed based on scope changes, market conditions, or unforeseen challenges.
• Participate in team meetings, providing insights to help streamline operations and improve efficiency.

• Experience in construction estimating, preferably in concrete, site work, or steel buildings.
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other estimating software.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
