What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mitigation Technician position at American Restoration Operations LLC?
H2O Away is located in Olympia, WA. We are professional, agile and our goal is to treat ever customer to a 5-star experience. We are actively looking to hire a hard-working and enthusiastic Crew Chief to run insurance field jobs.
This role involves working on water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects, demanding promptness, professionalism, and efficiency to provide great cleanup and restoration services to our customers.
This job will be primarily at jobsites helping customers and directing your team to complete demolition work inside homes. These tasks will include:
- Cleaning debris such as (dust, drywall dust, construction debris)
- Demolition of areas inside of homes designated by the Project Manager that were affected by the Water Damage
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
- Communicate with homeowners, management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
- Perform production processes as directed.
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
Position Requirements:
- IICRC Certification (WRT)
- Able to life 50 lbs
- Wear proper PPE during jobs
- Legal to work in the USA
- Pass a background check
- Valid drivers license
Position Preferences:
- Has own set of basic tools
- Demolition experience
- Minor construction experience
