Salary Range : $95,000 - $125,000
Position Overview :
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic direction, ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting, and guiding our overall financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the executive team to drive business performance and operational efficiency.
Present financial insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors. Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
5-10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in Transporation, Export / Import or Brokerage.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
Proven track record in strategic financial planning and execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
