Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and coordinate roofing installations, ensuring projects run smoothly and on time.
- Customer Communication: Call homeowners to confirm install details, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Contract Review: Assess contracts before installations to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Subcontractor & Crew Management: Handle hiring, scheduling, and payments for subcontractors and crews.
- Repairs & Issue Resolution: Manage and oversee repair requests to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Logistics & Operations Experience: Background in scheduling, dispatching, or controlling operations preferred.
