Position Overview:
As a Residential Roofing Sales Specialist, you’ll be the trusted guide for homeowners navigating the roofing process. From identifying potential damage to working with insurance companies and ensuring customer satisfaction, you’ll play a key role in helping homeowners protect their biggest investment—their home. Prior experience in construction is beneficial but not required. If you’re driven to succeed and eager to learn, we’ll invest in your growth through our comprehensive training program, even if you’re new to roofing sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating leads through personal and company-driven marketing efforts.
- Conducting roof inspections and assessing potential storm damage.
- Guiding homeowners through their roofing options with clear, honest recommendations and providing detailed estimates.
- Assisting customers in selecting the best materials for their projects.
- Collaborating with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales goals as well as other key metrics.
- Building relationships and earning referrals through outstanding service.
- Staying up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products.
