Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to explain the restoration process and secure signed contingency agreements.
- Working closely with insurance adjusters to ensure proper claim approvals.
- Managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service from initial contact to project completion.
- Collaborating with the VanHawk team to coordinate project scheduling and execution.
- Attending team meetings and ongoing training to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, especially outside sales, roofing, restoration, or home improvement, is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport with homeowners, business owners, and insurance adjusters.
- This role offers a base salary plus commission, so a strong work ethic and drive for success are essential.
- Reliable rransportation – Daily travel to different job sites and neighborhoods is required.
- Ability to work outdoors & walk roofs – Conducting roof inspections is part of the role.
- Ability to use a CRM, apps, and digital tools for tracking leads and customer interactions.
