American Roofing & Waterproofing is currently seeking top sales professionals to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Run company provided leads (3 to 4 appointments guaranteed a day for top closers)
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Business development : Events, creating new relationships
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Physical Requirements :
Endurance : expected to stand and walk for extended durations
Agility : capable of climbing ladders, walking on rooftops, and safely descending
Strength : regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Mobility : must be able to carry and maneuver ladders as needed
Requirements :
Proven track record of 5 years in direct to consumer roofing experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
