Position Summary:
Our team is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to help support our daily operations and provide excellent service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
· Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner.
· Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
· Handle office correspondence and prepare documents as needed.
· Assist with billing and invoicing, including managing payments and issuing receipts.
· Update and maintain vehicle maintenance log.
· Perform general office duties, including filing, faxing, organizing, inventory of supplies.
· Support agents and senior staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus.
· Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an insurance or customer service setting.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
