Summary

As a Warehouse Lead at American Safety & First Aid, you will oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficient processes and team performance. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence in service.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Managing the day-to-day performance and progress.
• Help delegate activities of associates in warehouse departments including, but not limited to, receiving, stocking, retrieving, pulling orders, packing, processing and shipping of finished goods.
• Review schedules and expedite workflow through the efficient usage, training/cross-training and development of regular and temporary labor.
• Respond to production problems and implement solutions as necessary.
• Responsible to make sure all orders are pulled by the team and shipped.
• Getting Quotes and scheduling building maintenance and repairs
• Manage/coordinate vehicle maintenance

• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a team lead or similar role in a distribution environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
