What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Design Specialist position at American Savings Bank?
Primary Purpose of Job:
Supports American Savings Bank’s Marketing goals and brand by developing and managing creative campaigns, programs and deliverables, from concept to production.
Major Job Accountabilities:
- Develops clear, consistent, and meaningful content to tell ASB’s story (promotes products, services, events, and sponsorships) via the ASB Hawaii website, in-branch digital signage, videos, social media, email, digital newsletters, printed collateral, publications, ATMs, in-branch marketing (posters, etc.), and digital advertising.
- Creates copy and designs for traditional print, digital ads, and branch collateral.
- Responsible for the asset management of creative data, content and ads.
- Assists in video production, including concepting, production, and editing.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a Marketing or Advertising role is preferred.
Required Skills or Training:
- Skilled at Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Proficient ad copywriting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multimedia experience including graphic design, videography and photography.
- Demonstrated ability to apply creativity to communications initiatives.
- Able to handle multiple projects and adhere to strict deadlines.
