We are looking for a talented, focused and enthusiastic individual to join our team here.
Almost everything is made on premise and the candidate should be well rounded and experienced in all areas of the kitchen with high standards of work and cleanliness, great communication skills, the ability to motivate, teach and lead the team throughout the shift, exhibit a caring, friendly demeanor with everyone and great attention to detail.
The individual will be working closely alongside the Chef-Owner on the menu in terms of ideas, sourcing of products, implementation and execution. We operate April to November, serving dinner only and the role includes weekends and 5 days a week, sometimes 6 in the high season. Well equipped kitchen, great work environment in a truly beautiful location on the edge of downtown Nantucket.
Housing may be available, competitive salary.
