American Security Alarm, Inc., established in 1984, is an industry leader in full-service fire and security protection. We install, maintain, inspect, and monitor fire and security alarm systems.
We are seeking a Fire and Security Alarm Service Manager at our Springvale, ME office to oversee and support a team of three full-time field service technicians. In this role, you will field any service calls from customers during business hours and prioritize dispatching technicians. You will plan, organize, and maintain the schedule for all service appointments. Once service calls are completed, you will close out and bill for each job. Additional responsibilities will include working with the six installation technicians on install-to-service transitions, resolving customer complaints or concerns, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage daily service appointments and technician schedules.
- Order and verify equipment for service calls.
- Coordinate with other departments on service-related work.
- Close out and create invoices for all service tickets.
- Oversee install-to-service transitions in collaboration with the installation team.
- Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain strong customer communication and relationships.
- Manage inventory related to service operations.
- Complete inventory returns in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 3-5 years of field experience in fire and security alarm systems (preferred).
- Project management experience (preferred).
- Industry and manufacturer certifications (a plus).
- Ability to learn and use industry-specific software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and customers.
