Progressive security company new to the area seeking an account manager with the experience and ability to manage a group of 15 security officers.

A.be required to identify, hire, train, evaluate and maintain a professional group.
B. maintain a daily working relationship with the valued client.
C. Develope a training program that will ensure complete and professional abilities to protect both the employee's and the property.
D. Review reports for those who need to know and;
E. Monitor safety efforts with regard to pedestrian and vehicular movement in and around the property.
Work schedule will be M-F unannounced visits too each shift at least one a quarter. Training sessions will be conducted each quarter as well.
F. Enforce the drug and alcohol- free workplace policy, attendance policy, appearance policy and customer service efforts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week
