- Needs Analysis Performing thorough needs analyses to assess clients' current financial situations and future retirement needs.
- Providing and Explaining Solutions Recommending appropriate insurance and retirement products tailored to clients' individual circumstances using our automated systems and back office support.
- Rigorous Follow-Up Ensuring seamless implementation of recommended solutions and providing ongoing support and service to clients.
- Industry Awareness Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
- Following a Proven Playbook Adhering to a structured approach and utilizing a proven playbook to deliver consistent and effective client outcomes.
What you bring
- Proven experience in financial services, particularly in retirement planning or insurance sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, RICP) are preferred but not required.
