- Key Responsibilities
- Build & Lead a Team Recruit, train, and support a team of advisors and producers in your region
- Drive Production Coach agents on best practices to ensure consistent client acquisition and retention
- Client Advocacy Ensure every advisor offers the best-fit product from our 250 carriers to serve client needs
- Agency Development Create a culture of ownership, growth, and professionalism within your agency
- Operations Oversight Manage day-to-day office activity, field training, reporting, and compliance
- Strategic Growth Partner with leadership to scale your region using company-provided infrastructure and resources
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in life, health, or retirement insurance sales
- Prior management experience leading teams or running a sales unit (3 years preferred)
- Deep understanding of the insurance market, products, and client lifecycle
- Entrepreneurial drive with a strong desire to build equity in your own agency
