The Stock Lead is responsible for people development, expense management and driving the operational aspects of the business. This role has a broad range of responsibility and reports directly to the Delivery Center Inventory Manager.

- Trains and support through hands on teaching and coaching
- Assists in training of high quality team members who exhibit our values
- Trains and maintains standards in the areas of: cycle counts, accounting and merchandising procedures
- Execute and support inventory scans and accuracy of physical and digital inventory locations
- Ensures proper execution of Standard Operating Procedures related to the inventory process
- Executes and oversees the return delivery truck process
- Communicates damage information to Warehouse Operations and Inventory Managers
- Manages and trains for a uniform and consistent wrapping process for all stock
- Manages and coordinates clearance inventory transfers from stores to delivery center
- Manages and coordinates unopened merchandise returns to Distribution Center
- Achieves operational excellence via execution of the company standards to keep a clean, well-organized facility
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Prior experience of leading teams of up to 10 associates preferred
- Ability to assess talent and coach
- Ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels in the Delivery Center
- Knowledge of furniture delivery standards preferred
- Ability to work 35-40 hours weekly. Flexibility to accommodate needs of business; include evenings and weekend
