Position Summary
This position will work with the Director of Corporate Relations to oversee all functions of the department related to the management of all corporate development for ASGE and its Foundation. Knowledge of all government, state and industry regulations including a thorough understanding of ACCME standards, AdvaMed Code, PhRMA code and the Office of Inspector General (OIG) guidelines is required. Responsible for the management of the overall grant submission process for all education courses including monetary, in-kind support and promotional sponsorships for both the Society and Foundation. Secure and organize all in-kind equipment donated to the Institute for Training and Technology’s Bioskills Lab. Management and development of relationships with corporate supporters.

- Manage the ASGE Research Committee
- Oversee and review all grant submissions for the Society including all courses, exhibits, satellite symposia, marketing opportunities, ABE sponsorships and DDW activities. Ensure all grant requests, proposals and agreements comply with ACCME Standards for Commercial Support.
- Prepare post-event grant reconciliation reports.
- Oversight and management of exhibitors and supporters of all educational courses. Assist with acquiring capital equipment for the Bioskills lab.
- Consult with the education and practice management staff regarding funding requests for programs, including grants, in-kind and capital equipment.
- Responsible for relationship-building, customer service, and maximum return on investment with corporate supporters.
- Represent the Society in prospecting corporate supporters presenting proposals, negotiating business agreements and managing contracts.
- Assist the Director of Corporate Relations in developing and monitoring the budget for education courses and international activities.
- Represent Corporate Relations both on-site and off-site in the absence of the Director of Corporate Relations
- Manage ASGE's Career Center and Affinity Partnerships.

Education/Experience/Knowledge:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in non-profit development functions, or comparable business experience, including five years of strategic solicitation and management responsibility. Knowledge of nonprofit and charitable organizations. Oral and written communication skills with expertise in writing and presenting proposals and negotiating agreements. Knowledge of industry training. Knowledge of evolving corporate giving ethics and guidelines.

- Availability to participate in evening conference calls and some weekend events
- Travel between 10 to 15%

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
