The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) is seeking an entry-level technology systems coordinator to work on all aspects of publishing solutions for title management systems across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities include :
- Providing administrative support for Klopotek, Editorial Manager, and ProduXion Manager
- Producing analytic reports from publication systems, including Personify, Editorial / ProduXion Manager, Atypon, Google, Klopotek, and CEDB / XIS
- Developing and automating routine reports in Python and MS Azure
- Maintaining relationships with recipients of KBART, ONIX, and other metadata and electronic file exports
- Working with staff to develop, refine, and schedule reports
- Working with managers on all aspects of data related to publications input, quality control, export, and technical solutions to metadata problems
