What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Oncologists position at American Society of Hematology?
Position Available : Attending Faculty in Hematology / Oncology
We are currently recruiting for 2 open attending faculty positions in Hematology / Oncology at the Maimonides Cancer Center. We have particular needs in the areas of hematology (benign and malignant), gynecologic and genitourinary oncology, as well as sarcoma. Our Cancer Center comprises a 30 chair infusion unit, pediatric oncology, and state-of-the-art radiation oncology all at the same location.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in shared call and consult weeks among faculty.
- Engage in teaching opportunities through our fellowship program, consisting of 3 fellows per year.
- Collaborate with an experienced research team for clinical trials support.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards with surgeons, pathologists, and radiologists.
Minimum Requirements :
Salary : $350,000-500,000 based on experience and contract.
