Civil Designer / Transportation Designer
McClure is seeking a Transportation Civil Designer to join our newly established East Region Transportation team. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with industry experts on a variety of high-visibility and critical projects, including the development of projects from conceptual design to final design and through construction. This position offers a flexible work schedule and the option to work from home, providing an excellent work-life balance. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the core group driving McClure’s growth initiative in the East Region.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with all staff
- Ability to manage a fair workload by staying focused and managing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and helping the team produce a quality product
- Strong knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD Civil 3D) and other Engineering / Technical skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
