We are seeking an Audio-Visual Technician to join our Covington team, specializing in entertainment venues, schools, and corporate offices. The Audio-Visual Technician will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of audio and video equipment, ensuring top-notch performance for all events and presentations. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in diverse and dynamic environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install audio and video equipment in commercial environments like schools, higher education buildings, corporate offices, and entertainment venues
- Ensure proper functionality of sound systems, projectors, and video displays in different client settings
- Test equipment to ensure seamless operation
Job Requirements:
- Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience as an AV Technician
- Working knowledge of Commercial Audio Video Systems
- Working knowledge of Cabling and Cat6 cabling
- Working knowledge of Audio Video Cabling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read and interpret schematical drawings
Job Compensation and Details:
- Pay- $18-20/hr with potential bonus at year end
- Shift Time and Days- 7am-3:30pm, M-F with rare off hours
