📢 We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant to the CEO of a Growing Dog Training and Media Company!

Are you an organized, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join a rapidly growing company that spans multiple industries, including high-level dog training, social media, an online training platform, a Dog Trainers Academy, an ecommerce business, and a podcast. We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO, who leads a successful business with a large social media following and a dynamic presence across these industries.

Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Waxhaw, NC (In-person role)
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Handle and respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries. Ensure the CEO is updated on important communications and deadlines.
  • Social Media & Content Assistance: Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, replying to messages, and monitoring engagement. Help create and organize content ideas for YouTube, Instagram, podcast episodes, and other platforms.
  • Podcast Guest Coordination: Book and coordinate with podcast guests, managing schedules and ensuring smooth communication and logistics.
  • Event Coordination: Organize logistics for training events, seminars, and workshops, including booking venues, coordinating attendees, and managing on-site operations.
  • Task Prioritization: Work closely with the CEO to ensure all tasks are organized and completed on time, prioritizing high-impact items.
  • Project Management: Assist with business-related projects, such as overseeing product launches or coordinating collaborations with partners.
  • Personal Errands: Handle various personal tasks, including running errands, making purchases, and setting appointments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Document creation, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Light Manual Labor: Occasionally assist with lifting boxes, carrying bags, walking dogs, and cleaning up after them as needed during business operations or events.
Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Hard-Working & Driven: We are looking for someone responsible, driven, mature, and able to think on their feet with little to no supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to professionally represent the CEO in all interactions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Problem Solver: Ability to come up with creative solutions and handle challenges independently.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from our facility in Waxhaw, NC.
  • Flexible Schedule: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required.
  • Travel: Some travel will be required several times throughout the year.
  • Physical Requirements: Comfortable with light manual labor, such as lifting boxes, carrying bags, walking dogs, and cleaning up after them.
  • Passion for Dogs: While not required, an interest or experience with dogs or dog training is a plus!
