As a member of our senior leadership team, you'll play a key part in driving our business forward through innovative sales strategies and marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales plans, creating and executing field marketing plans, and preparing program overviews, market trends, and future program plans. You'll work closely with our product development team to define program gaps and new market/product opportunities. Additionally, you'll support category planning for Fixtures/Fittings with the Ferguson Category Management Team.
