The Role
We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our trade sales efforts at Ferguson as Director of Sales. This key position will drive sales opportunities, deliver margin objectives, and manage outside sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Align growth strategies across brands and categories to achieve full-year business targets
- Develop national and divisional promotional opportunities with marketing, product development, and finance teams
- Work closely with product development to identify program gaps and new market/product opportunities
- Support category planning for fixtures and fittings with the Ferguson Category Management Team
- Grow business by anticipating customer needs and providing high-level customer service
Requirements
- 7 years of strategic sales experience in plumbing
- Aptitude to act as a business advisor to Ferguson and American Standard entities
- Hands-on work philosophy and ability to utilize emerging technologies
