Job Summary
American Steel Carports, Inc. is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales, answering incoming sales calls, and managing leads from HubSpot CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively convert leads into paying customers.
- Sales Calls: Answer inbound sales calls professionally and effectively, guiding customers through the sales process.
- Lead Management: Manage and follow up on leads generated through HubSpot.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales experience preferred.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the construction or metal building industry is a strong plus.
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Results-Oriented: Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Coachability: Eager to learn and grow, receptive to feedback and coaching.
- Energetic and Outgoing: Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday–8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Saturday–8:00 — Noon
- Weekends may be required (floor rotation schedule)
