The Team
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to join American Tower's U.S. Tower division's Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns, managing a team, and achieving measurable results. On a day-to-day basis, you will lead the team responsible for online marketing activities representing the Company and its brand. You will enhance brand awareness within digital spaces and drive website traffic and lead generation. You will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing and partner cross-functionally to execute strategic sales campaigns, communications, and internal marketing programs.
What You Can Offer Us
- Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that align with the needs and goals of the business.
- Own and manage digital platforms, including the Company's public websites (Corporate, U.S., and International), U.S. customer portals, organic search activities, pay-per-click campaigns, customer relationship management platforms (Salesforce Account Engagement), and social media accounts.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including prospecting and lead generation, SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Lead the analytics and reporting of digital marketing campaigns' performances and assessment against goals.
- Establish best practices for using data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead our overall approach to using digital marketing agencies.
- Identify and evaluate digital marketing trends, insights, and tools to grow and optimize our impact on the Company's objectives.
- Partner with the Data and Digital team to ensure the marketing technology strategy aligns with the organization's broader digital strategy and efforts.
- Manage and cultivate a collaborative team, including individual contributors and supervisor(s), to meet business objectives.
- Leverage internal expertise, industry intelligence, company data, and third-party tools to create digital marketing campaigns that help market-level sales teams drive new business.
- Oversee the budget for digital marketing campaigns. This includes planning the budget, tracking spending, and adjusting as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Other duties as assigned.
