American Tradeshow Services (ATS) is a leading provider of exhibitor solutions for trade shows and events nationwide. We help exhibitors maximize their success with cutting-edge lead retrieval technology and top-tier customer support. We’re growing and looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic team player to join our Exhibitor Success Sales team in Mandeville, LA.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to resource for exhibitors, helping them navigate our services and technology.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and onsite support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
- Work closely with the ATS team to ensure smooth event execution.
- Excited about travel? You’ll have the opportunity to attend conventions across the country!
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, events, etc.).
✅ Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
✅ Detail-oriented with strong time management and organization.
✅ Quick thinker who can multitask and adapt in fast-paced situations.
✅ Tech-savvy—comfortable learning new software and tools. (we’re a PC/Microsoft crew)
✅ Positive attitude, team player, and eager to grow.
✅ Bonus: Graphic & web design knowledge is a plus, but not required!
