What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at American Trading Services, Inc.?
Part time required for office manager - required duties involve bookkeeping entry - basic accounting knowledge required. Will train as needed. Daily duties are processing sales orders, issuing purchase orders and entering payables. Follow up with vendors and customers to resolve payment issues as they arise. Oversight of warehouse personnel to advise of shipping and packaging requirements. Arranging shipments for both domestic and international orders. Answering telephone and correspondence by phone and email with clients and suppliers. Knowledge of Microsoft outlook, excel and word applications.
