Duties

- Provide support for dispatching operations, coordinating with customers, traffic managers and flaggers.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Utilize GIS and GPS technologies to enhance service delivery and route optimization.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns effectively, providing timely solutions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of GIS, GPS, and AS400 systems is advantageous.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
