Job Overview:
American Training Inc. is a recognized leader in providing exceptional services to its residents and clients. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facilities Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Andover, MA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor management and scheduling for repairs and maintenance services, including coordination with third-party contractors.
  • Conducting regular inspections of buildings, homes, and grounds, as well as following up on work performed by outside vendors.
  • Providing excellent internal and external customer service, responding to after-hours emergency calls and weekend inquiries as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree, is naturally organized, and has excellent communication skills. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential for this role.
