The Director will provide strategic direction, oversee the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies, and ensure a culture of customer-centricity. They will broadly oversee interconnection processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency, and manage external corporate communications, media relations, and community giving programs. The role includes strategic leadership across customer-facing functions, advocating for customer perspectives, and representing ATC at industry events.
