ATC is seeking a dynamic executive leader to serve as the Director of Customer & Corporate Affairs. This role is responsible for driving customer engagement, managing interconnection solutions, and overseeing corporate affairs. The Director will enhance service delivery, strengthen ATC's corporate reputation, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

The Director is accountable for three functional areas : Customer Engagement, External Affairs, and Interconnection Services. Each team, led by a Team Leader or Manager, is highly involved in executing on ATC's strategy to provide exceptional service delivery to existing and new customers while advancing ATC's corporate reputation, external messaging, and stakeholder relationships. The Director will provide strategic direction, oversee the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies, and ensure a culture of customer-centricity. They will broadly oversee interconnection processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency, and manage external corporate communications, media relations, and community giving programs. The role includes strategic leadership across customer-facing functions, advocating for customer perspectives, and representing ATC at industry events.
Qualifications :
Candidates should have proven leadership experience in customer engagement or corporate affairs, strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Experience with interconnection processes and corporate communications is preferred.
