What are the responsibilities and job description for the Midwest Regional Sales Manager - Lesco position at American Ultraviolet Company?
Position will increase percent of total sales in the designated territory and deliver exceptional sales support through prospecting new customers, setting up new distributors and manufacturers representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Become proficient in Ultraviolet Technology, safety and protection.
- Maintain/expand current customer relationships
- Discover new opportunities, identify needs and provide solutions or recommendations
- Obtain acceptable market share across all segments.
- Improve gross margin percentage consistently.
- Follow up on leads, generate quotes and close sales utilizing CRM
- Maintain customer communications within CRM
- Provide timely reports, feedback and data to top management
- Attendance at trade shows required
- Travel to customer site when required
- Up to 50% Travel
- Establishing Distributors and Representatives in the territory
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Sales/Business, Communications or related field plus 4-5 years prior sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of UV and/or UV Adhesive Applications
- Experience managing independent sales channels
- Strategic thinking capabilities to develop an annual Region Business Plan for growth
- Capable of working independently or on a team
- Proven track record of growing sales to commercial/industrial customers
- Self-motivated, competitive attitude
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Computer literate – proficient in MS office, Outlook, etc.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
