Position Details:
π Title: AOC Application Help Desk Analyst
π Location: Onsite β 900 W. Capitol Ave, Suite 330, Little Rock, AR 72201
Key Responsibilities:
β Answer phone calls and emails to provide application support.
β Troubleshoot software functionality issues for end users.
β Maintain accurate call logs and documentation.
β Conduct functional testing and assist in training materials.
β Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams.
β Provide excellent customer service and adhere to Help Desk standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
π Education: Bachelorβs degree preferred.
β 3 years of experience assisting end-users with software applications.
β 4 years in customer support & troubleshooting.
β Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
β Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
β Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
π‘ Preferred:
β Experience with court software (Highly Desired).
β Familiarity with Arkansas Courts (Preferred).
