Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to ensure facility-wide compliance.
- Conduct regular safety audits and track action items to ensure compliance.
- Provide safety training and support to employees and contractors.
- Assist in the investigation of incidents and near misses.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety manager to monitor and improve company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Health & Safety required.
- CSP certification (or ability to obtain within 3-4 years).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in health and safety compliance, preferably in a manufacturing site.
