Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join our team at the AMVAC Axis manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in monitoring and improving process equipment performance, providing technical support to plant personnel, and establishing reliable maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a life cycle asset management process for components, equipment, and processes across all facilities.
- Evaluating equipment reliability and design improvement, with a focus on minimizing downtime and optimizing overall efficiency.
- Providing expert guidance to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures and implementing effective repair strategies.
- Establishing reliability and work planning metrics/KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in a chemical plant or manufacturing environment as a maintenance and reliability engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) and experience participating in Mechanical integrity programs is preferred.
