Position: Business Data Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage data to help drive business decisions by analyzing trends, interpreting data, and producing actionable insights. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, business acumen, and proficiency with various data tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions across various departments.
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources (internal databases, third-party platforms, etc.).
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present key business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to identify key business problems and data-driven solutions.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and create business reports that support operational and strategic planning.
- Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling to provide forward-looking insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements through data-driven analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms and reporting tools.
- Provide support in the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the business performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to collect, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience with data visualization and presenting insights to a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
