***LVN RUNNER for PRN and After Hour Visits***
Responsibilities:
- A qualified Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse administers nursing care to terminally ill Hospice patients as needed. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and IDG plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. Services are furnished in accordance with Hospice policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospice care visits is required
- Compassionate and loves to listen to / educate patients
- Proficiency in computer/ smartphone for electronic notes use
- Knowledge of HospiceMD software is required
- Bilingual is preferred
- Valid State license
- Understanding of hospice philosophy and needs of the terminally/seriously ill
- Good communication and organizational skills.
