We are seeking an experienced and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, manage schedules, and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Track project progress and address any challenges promptly.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in construction project management is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a bonus but not required.
