As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic). We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water / gas / electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water / gas / electric bill itself. Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to support the development and execution of Oncourse Home Solutions' brand strategy across key stakeholders, including customers, partners, employees, and service providers. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, this individual contributor role will play a pivotal part in bringing our brand to life through strategic marketing initiatives, brand reputation management, and the execution of key brand-building efforts.
The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure brand consistency across all channels, enhance brand perception, and support go-to-market strategies. This individual will also help develop marketing materials, manage brand-related communications, and oversee brand marketing activations across digital and offline touchpoints.
This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to drive initiatives forward while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
This role is based in Naperville, IL office. A regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-Th in office, M&F remote) is required, as our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Brand Strategy & Activation
- Support the Head of Brand Marketing in defining and implementing the Oncourse brand strategy across customer, partner, employee, and service provider audiences.
- Ensure brand positioning and messaging are consistently applied across all marketing channels.
- Activate the brand at key touchpoints within the customer journey, including enrollment, account management, and claims.
- Contribute to the development of brand guidelines for the Oncourse portfolio, including American Water Resources and Oncourse Home Solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to ensure the brand promise is reflected across all touchpoints.

We offer a compelling total rewards package that includes a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits to support your total wellbeing. The base pay range for this position is $115,000 - $165,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
