Regional Field Manager - Outside Sales

What’s in for you?

  • Base Salary Uncapped Commissions on Sales Bonus = Expected income is between $200,000 to $500,000 Annually
  • Salary is $80,000.00 annually ONCE 100 RCEs enrolled.
  • Annualized at $65,000.00 during training until 100 RCEs achieved
  • Reviews based on quota every 4 months.
  • Commissions (Paid after the first 50 RCEs enrolled per month) = 50.00 per Enrolled Electricity RCEs (based on PAR).
  • Additional Commissions of $15.00 per Enrolled RCE when you enroll over 100 RCEs per month.
  • Additional Water Commissions as per AWS payment schedule.
  • Manager Overrides of $15.00 per RCE on team members.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Train new team members and “Lead by example” as a Top Performer and Pace Setter with Daily Deals, Prospecting and Team Communication as mandated by company.
  • Ensure the territory managers meet and exceed sales targets, while providing coaching and support to drive individual and team performance.
  • Work territory assigned by company (requires consistent vehicle travel).
  • Must enroll 150 RCEs minimum per month.
  • Communicate daily and in a timely manner with team members and sales management.
  • Attend all appointments generated by Inside Sales team member on time.
  • Attend clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects at all times
  • Self-Prospect new customers to maximize productivity and achieve minimum requirements for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Conduct energy and water audits and assessments and perform sales presentations using approved sales materials and procedures.
  • Engage qualifying customers with any other products offered by AWE and AWS.
  • Work assigned hours and attend conferences and meetings as assigned.
  • Listen daily and exemplify with team Sales Superstar and other Motivation Material.
  • Successfully complete annual certification and training tests, along with a criminal background check.
