Full-time position with a guaranteed 32 to 36 hours per week
Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour
Job Summary: American Window and Glass is a window manufacturer based in Evansville, Indiana. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist to join our team! The right person for this role will have an opportunity to make an impact on the company and will be vital in the ongoing development of this role as our company implements new systems and processes.

What You’ll Do:
- Billing: Generate invoices and account statements, ensuring clients are billed correctly.
- Daily processing of payments.
- Distribute mail, answer phones, and provide customer service.
- Maintain Customer Index & files.
- Handle collections: Oversee the collection of payments.
- Handle payments from our branches.
- Reconciliations: Verify and record transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Reporting: Produce financial and management reports.
- Financial analysis: Assist with general financial management.
- Support branch A/R personnel for 3 branches located in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
- General office duties as directed.
What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience working as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in an office environment.
- Technical proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Excel. QuickBooks experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
