Requirements:
-Able to promptly answer phones
-Communication skills
-Excellent math skills
-Create invoices and process returns
-Bilingual
-Use and understand business works accounting system
-Answer incoming customer calls regarding product, billing or service and redirect the call if necessary
-Maintaining a high level of professionalism with both walk-in and phone customers and upholding a positive rapport
- Become a product expert
-Process square footage orders for different shaped areas
-Answer creative questions from customers (color & pattern recommendations)
-Solve logistical difficulties such as delivery and billing
- Keep records of customer interactions, and maintain relationships
Details:
- $20-30HR with additional profit sharing
- Mon- Fri
