We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, filing documents, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and providing general customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient in MS office suite.
This is a part time position, great for retirees, mothers with children in school or someone just wanting to work part time.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls.
- Screen prospective applicants for lease approval
- Organize and manage files, documents, and other data.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Perform lease meetings
- Assist property manager in rent collection, resident retention and community appearance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.08 - $18.08 per hour
