We are looking for an organized, reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our team.
You should be willing to work as part of the delivery team in order to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client.
To succeed as a Warehouse Team Member, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to working safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting merchandise from the containers and safely transporting materials in the warehouse
- Reviewing orders before/after distributing merchandise to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return.
- Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
- Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
- Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
- Managing all merchandise with appropriate care.
- Sort, organize, store, stack inventory/large bulk items in proper location.
- Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
- Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials
- Organize the warehouse neat and clean. Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards.
- Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories
- Communicate with the warehouse manager and office manager
- Follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state.
Qualifications:
- Must pass a criminal background check (no Felony convicted) and drug test
- Eligible to work in the US.
- Must have a valid ID.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to handle physical workload (lift up to 100 lbs). Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Forklifts certification is a plus
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm
Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm (as needed)
(Working Hours may change on busy days)
Compensation Range: $16 Hourly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
