Responsibilities include:
- Answering Phones and imputing data
- No outbound cold calling
- Navigate a variety of computer programs and websites
- Strong attention to detail
- Be knowledgeable about company processes, and policies.
- Have a positive attitude
- Assist customers with setting up rides, including trip details like locations, and times.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Mankato area is a plus.
- Customer Service: 1 year (is a plus )
- Medical billing/insurance experience (is a plus )

Starting pay range $17-$20 depending on experience
Your Shift:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
- This position will be onsite in Mankato MN
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
