We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience from arrival to departure. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic hospitality environment.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
* Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
* Process payments and maintain accurate records.
* Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Resolve guest complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
* Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
