Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with guests, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with exceptional service throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations, including changes and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties including Cleaning of common areas & pool area, daily data recording of mechanical systems, and hotel laundry duties
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in guest relations and guest services
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
