Overview
We are looking for Front Desk agents to serve as our guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Please apply in person.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests by collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell when appropriate
- Folding Towels and Linens
- Keeping Lobby and Front Desk Clean and Organized
Skills Preferred but will train the right people
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software
- Customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.75 - $15.68 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
