Water Mitigation Technician

## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, and asbestos abatement. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties to their pre-damaged condition.

## Duties
- Perform water damage restoration tasks such as extraction, drying, and dehumidification
- Conduct mold remediation procedures following industry standards
- Execute fire restoration activities including cleaning and deodorizing structures
- Handle asbestos abatement projects safely and effectively
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for restoration tasks
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent further damage
- Assist in carpet cleaning and building restoration projects

## Qualifications
- Prior experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred
- Proficiency in water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, and asbestos abatement techniques
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment used in restoration projects
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols closely
